I plan on adding written and stamped postcards from each stamp-issuing territory, and listing unusual facts and maps for each of them.
When complete I will hold a lottery and travel to some randomly selected countries. Then this blog will change to a travel one.

#125: First postcard from Iraqi Kurdistan
Architecture (of Erbil?)
Monument stamps
Received from Oliver from Portsmouth, United Kingdom.
Iraqi Kurdistan is an autonomous region of northern Iraq. It borders Iran to the east, Turkey to the north, Syria to the west and the rest of Iraq to the south.
A card from Kurdistan - Wow, that is impressive.
ReplyDeleteAnd the 2 stamps- I didn't even know they issued stamps.
That is a real keeper of a card.
Thank you kindly Glenn, I was chuffed when it arrived!
